近年来,“媒体审判”、“舆论审判”成为了人们关注的社会现象。舆论和司法看似对立其实是统一的,因为它们都为保障社会正义;但舆论与司法的关系又是复杂和微妙的,很多案件刚刚发生,社会舆论就积极介入。如“宝马车撞人案”、“邓玉娇案”等,社会舆论一次次将司法部门推上风口浪尖。如何协调两者之间的关系,解决现阶段媒体与司法之间的矛盾,促使它们和谐,是本文将要探讨的问题。
In recent years, “media trial ”, “media trial ” has become a social phenomenon of concern. Public opinion and the judiciary seem to be unified in opposition to each other because all of them are aimed at safeguarding social justice. However, the relationship between public opinion and judicial affairs is complicated and delicate. Many cases have just taken place and public opinion has actively intervened. Such as “BMW car hit the case ”, “Deng Yujiao case ”, etc., public opinion again and again the judiciary on the cusp. How to coordinate the relationship between the two and resolve the contradictions between the media and the judiciary at this stage to promote their harmony is the issue to be explored in this article.
