调查表明,大多数大学生对入党积极分子培训的总体评价较为积极,对教学整体布局及课程单元的设置比较认可,并认为培训课程学习风气较好。但部分学生对入党积极分子培训课程重视程度不高;入党积极分子培训课程在重点突出与教学结构合理、教学内容充实等方面还存在着较大提升空间。高校应明确课程目标,细化分层教学目的;把握认识发展规律,科学设计课程内容;以问题为导向,提高教学针对性与实效性,进一步优化入党积极分子培训课程建设。
The survey shows that most of the undergraduates are more positive about the overall evaluation of the activists training for joining the party. They are more satisfied with the overall layout of the teaching and the setting of the course units, and think that the training courses have a good academic learning style. However, some students did not attach much importance to the training course for activists entering the party, and there was still much room for improvement in terms of highlighting the training program for activists entering the party and the rational structure of teaching and the content of teaching. The colleges and universities should clarify the goals of the curriculum and refine the purpose of teaching in different levels. They should grasp the law of development and grasp the content of the curriculum in a scientific way. Oriented by questions, the teaching should be targeted and effective, and the construction of activists training programs for the party should be further optimized.
