目的总结颌面损伤的急救与治疗经验,提高临床医疗救治水平。方法对我医院2011年1月-2012年12月接诊的226例颌面部损伤患者进行急救、治疗和对症处理、必要时请专科协诊。结果经过及时急救治疗,226例颌面部损伤患者均在72h内清创缝合,采用不同治疗措施后,患者恢复了正常咬合关系,面部形态恢复良好,经X线显示骨折对位良好,伤口均达一期愈合。结论除颌面部救治外,应特别注意颌面损伤患者生命体征和全身情况,治疗要有整体治疗观念。
Objective To summarize the experience of first aid and treatment of maxillofacial injury and improve the level of clinical medical treatment. Methods 226 cases of maxillofacial injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were treated with first aid, treatment and symptomatic treatment. If necessary, please seek specialist consultation. Results After emergency treatment, 226 patients with maxillofacial debridement were debridement and sutured within 72 hours.
