目的:观察臭牡丹复方对小鼠Lewis肺癌移殖肿瘤模型血清中TGF-β_1、IL-4、IL-10水平的影响。方法:将70只C57BL/6小鼠随机分成7组,即空白组,模型组,臭牡丹复方高、中、低剂量组,环磷酰胺对照组,每组10只。动物接种瘤株CD133+细胞造模后次日给药,连续21d。臭牡丹复方高、中、低剂量组分别为生药200g/kg、100g/kg、50g/kg,均静脉注射给药;环磷酰胺对照组为0.05g/kg,腹腔注射给药;空白组、模型组均静脉注射等容量蒸馏水。以ELIAS检测TGF-β_1、IL-4、IL-10的水平变化。结果:臭牡丹复方低剂量组、模型组各指标与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);环磷酰胺对照组及臭牡丹复方中、高剂量组各指标水平及臭牡丹复方低剂量组TGF-β_1、IL-4水平与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);臭牡丹复方低剂量组TGF-β_1、IL-10水平及臭牡丹复方中、高剂量组TGF-β_1、IL-4水平与环磷酰胺对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);臭牡丹复方中、高剂量组IL-4、IL-10水平与低剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:臭牡丹复方能影响肺癌大鼠血清TGF-β_1、IL-4、IL-10水平,且与药物剂量存在相关性,这可能是通过臭牡丹复方抑制炎症反应而治疗肺癌。
Objective: To observe the effect of smelly peony compound on serum levels of TGF-β 1, IL-4 and IL-10 in mice with Lewis lung carcinoma model. Methods: 70 C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups: blank group, model group, smelly peony compound high, medium and low dose groups, cyclophosphamide control group, 10 rats in each group. Conclusion: Smelly peony compound can influence the serum levels of TGF-β 1, IL-4 and IL-10 in lung cancer rats, and is related to the dose of drugs. This may be due to the treatment of lung cancer by suppressing the inflammatory reaction by the peony complex.
