本文就呼伦贝尔市农业耕地水土流失、风蚀沙化、农业生态环境日趋恶化的状况,提出大力推广先进的农业保护性耕作技术,实现农业耕地资源的永续利用,促使农业可持续发展。结合本地区自然条件、农民认识程度、农机化装备水平、政策措施等方面研究出呼伦贝尔市推广实施农业保护性耕作技术的可行性和重要性,建议各级人民政府要认真组织实施。
In this paper, the situation of soil erosion, wind erosion and desertification and agroecological environment in Hulunbeir city is deteriorating. It is proposed to promote advanced agricultural conservation tillage technology, realize the sustainable use of agricultural cultivated land resources and promote the sustainable development of agriculture. The feasibility and importance of promoting and implementing agricultural conservation tillage technology in Hulunbeier were studied based on the natural conditions in the region, the level of awareness of farmers, the level of agricultural mechanization and equipment, and policies and measures. It is suggested that the people’s governments at all levels should conscientiously organize the implementation.
