目的探讨分析易筋经对病残大学生身心健康的影响,为病残体弱大学生运动处方的制定提供实践和理论依据。方法运用问卷调查、测量和数理统计等方法对病残大学生的身体形态、身体素质及心理健康指标进行研究分析。结果易筋经锻炼后17周,病残大学生胸围、体重发生显著变化(P<0.05);肺活量的增长非常显著(P<0.01)、心率下降显著(P<0.05);柔韧性和平衡能力变化非常显著(P<0.01)、下肢力量增长显著(P<0.05);SCL-90指标除偏执、强迫外都发生显著和非常显著变化,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论练习易筋经能有效改善病残大学生身体形态,增强生理功能,提高身体素质,对改善心理健康水平具有积极的作用。
Objective To analyze the influence of Yi Jin Jing on the physical and mental health of the sick and disabled students, and to provide practical and theoretical evidences for the formulation of sports prescriptions for the disabled and feeble college students. Methods The questionnaire, measurement and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the body shape, physical fitness and mental health of the disabled college students. Results After 17 weeks of exercise, the bust and body weight of sick disabled students changed significantly (P <0.05). The growth of vital capacity was very significant (P <0.01), the heart rate decreased significantly (P <0.05), the changes of flexibility and balance ability (P <0.01). The strength of lower extremity increased significantly (P <0.05). There was a significant and significant change in SCL-90 index except for paranoid and forced. There was significant difference compared with control group. Conclusions Yi Jin Jing can effectively improve the body shape of disabled college students, enhance their physiological functions, improve their physical fitness and play an active role in improving their mental health.
