五月初,河南省人民政府发出“关于大力发展水产业的通知”,通知充分肯定了改革给河南水产业带来的长足发展,要求各级政府把水产业作为振兴农村经济的重要产业来抓,从实现河南经济建设第二步战略目标的高度出发,充分认识发展水产业的重要性、紧迫性,要象重视粮食生产和乡镇企业一样,采取有效措施,加快发展步伐,力争到本世纪末使水产品产量再翻一翻,主要城镇水产品人均占有量达到15公斤。
In early May, Henan Provincial People’s Government issued the Circular on Vigorously Developing Aquatic Products. The circular fully affirmed the rapid development brought by the reform to Henan’s aquatic products industry and urged all levels of government to regard aquatic products as an important industry for rejuvenating the rural economy. From the perspective of achieving the second-phase strategic goal of Henan’s economic construction, we should fully recognize the importance and urgency of developing the aquaculture industry. We should take effective measures to speed up the pace of development as we attach importance to food production and township and village enterprises and strive to make the water by the end of this century The output of the product has been doubled again. The per capita possession of major urban aquatic products has reached 15 kg.
