龙口市农机公司,是一个具有20多年历史的老企业,曾有过它的辉煌时期,但由于国有企业的“综合症”,在市场经济大潮的冲击下,出现了经济危机。至1997年末,累计亏损70多万元。鉴于这种情况,在市领导和有关部门的关怀下,公司于1998年改为股份制,我受命于危难之时,走上了龙口市农业机械有限公司董事长、总经理的岗位。三年来,我带领职工顽强拚搏,1998年减亏12万元,1999年减亏50万元,今年不仅可以扭亏增盈,而且力争有大的突破。我们的经验是:
