猴头是一种珍贵的食用菌,营养丰富,兼有医疗作用。在湛江市冬、春季,于室温条件下用棉子壳和蔗渣为主要培养料,进行猴头人工栽培,其每平方米产鲜菇量分别为4.8～6.38和4.4公斤。加过磷酸钙的棉子壳培养料的产菇量为64.4克/袋,不加过磷酸钙的为46克/袋。
Hericium is a precious mushroom, nutrient-rich, both medical effects. In Zhanjiang City in winter and spring, at room temperature with cottonseed shell and bagasse as the main culture material for Hericium artificial cultivation, the yield per square meter of fresh mushrooms were 4.8 ~ 6.38 and 4.4 kg.
