目的 :研究视神经减压术治疗视神经管骨折所导致视力损伤的疗效。方法 :对 2 0例视神经管骨折导致视力减退或丧失者 ,采用鼻侧切开经筛窦视神经减压术。结果 :术后视力恢复至 0 0 1以上 6例 ;恢复至有光感或手动 8例 ,无效 6例。总有效率为 70 %。结论 :采取减压手术越早 ,视神经恢复越好。即使术前无光感或伤后不超过 15d ,也不应放弃手术治疗
Objective: To study the curative effect of optic nerve decompression on visual impairment caused by optic nerve canal fracture. Methods: 20 cases of optic nerve canal fracture leading to loss of vision or loss, the use of nasal incision through the ethmoidal nerve decompression. Results: Postoperative visual acuity was restored to more than 0 0 1 in 6 cases; restored to a sense of light or manual in 8 cases, 6 cases were invalid. The total effective rate is 70%. Conclusion: The earlier decompression surgery, the better optic nerve recovery. Even if no light before surgery or injury does not exceed 15d, surgery should not be abandoned
