在启动阶段,对传统上流式厌氧污泥层反应器(UASB)和改良的UASB反应器去除化学需氧量(COD)和发酵生物制氢进行了研究和比较.改性UASB反应器和常规UASB反应器的最大COD去除率分别为82和68.4%,最大产氢率(HPR)分别为 188.99 mmol-h2 L-1h-1 和 117.03 mmol-h2 L-1h-1.除此之外,最大的比氢速率(SHPR)改良UASB 45.03更易与H2/g VSS-d6h的荷尔蒙替代疗法的最大SHPR UASB 30.36时更易与H2/g VSS-d水力停留时间(HRT)8 h.Ethanol-type发酵主要在修改UASB醋酸酸性发酵主要是在传统的UASB.改性的UASB表现出稳定的生物氢生产,并通过保留高数量的生物质来经受冲刷.“,”Conventional up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor and modified UASB reactor were studied and compared during the start-up period in the removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and fer-mentative biohydrogen production.Maximum COD removal rate of 82 and 68.4%and maximum hydrogen pro-duction rate(HPR)of 188.99 and 117.03 mmole-H2 L-1h-1 for modified UASB and conventional UASB reac-tors were observed,respectively.Besides,the maximum specific hydrogen production rate(SHPR)of modified UASB was 45.03 mmol H2/g VSS-d at HRT of 6 h while the maximum SHPR of UASB was 30.36 mmol H2/g VSS-d at hydraulic retention time(HRT)of 8 h.Ethanol-type fermentation was predominant in modified UASB while acetic acid-type fermentation was predominant in conventional UASB.Modified UASB showed sta-ble biohydrogen production and managed to with stand the washout by retaining a high amount of biomass.
