在我海军现役水面作战舰艇中,驱逐舰以其庞大的身躯和强大的火力,成为中外人士眼中的亮点。在国产驱逐舰的发展历程中,有一位人物不得不提,他就是我国第一代导弹驱逐舰总体设计主持人之一,新型导弹驱逐舰总设计师兼作战系统总设计师潘镜芙。潘镜芙浙江湖州人,1952年毕业于浙江大学电机系。他长期从事舰船总体设计研究工作,在舰艇总体设计中,他着眼全舰综合技战术性能优化设计,采用作战指挥自动化、电子对抗、柴燃联合动力装置等新技术并获成功;在作战系统、电磁兼容等领域做了开拓性工作,使全舰能实现早期预警、集中指挥、软硬武器综合使用,为中国海军装备建设做出了重要贡献。1995年当选为中国工程院院士。金秋十月,我们在上海采访了我国第1代导弹驱逐舰的设计师潘镜芙院士。
In my naval active combat surface warship, the destroyer has become a bright spot in the eyes of Chinese and foreign people with its large body and powerful firepower. In the course of the development of the domestic destroyers, one person has to mention that he is one of the general design masters of the first-generation missile destroyer in our country. Pan Jingfu, chief designer and chief architect of the new type of missile destroyers, is the chief architect of the missile destroyer. In combat systems , Electromagnetic compatibility and other fields to make pioneering work so that the entire ship can achieve early warning, centralized command, the combined use of hardware and software, for the Chinese naval equipment construction has made an important contribution. In 1995 was elected academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. In the autumn of October, we interviewed Pan Pan-fu, a designer of the first-generation guided missile destroyer in Shanghai.
