本文介绍磁型铸造工艺的理论与方法。这个理论与方法的主要特征是:(1)、低密度气化模;(2)、高透气耐火涂料膜;(3)、合理的浇注系统及浇注技巧等。这个理论和方法,经过了小批量试生产的考验。 实验得出了利用国产原材料气化模达到的经济密度是0.02克/厘米~3左右。高透气耐火涂料的主要成分是锆砂和木素等,耐火涂料膜厚度一般不超过2毫米。实验还建立了磁型铸造法的主要工艺设备—磁型机的设计方法。 磁型铸造法己经在某些铸件上获得了良好的技术经济效果,它可以做为一种有一定应用范围的特种铸造方法而存在。磁型铸造法和真空密封造型法等代表着一代新铸造法的出现,这个新方法以采用“无粘结剂砂”为特征,以铸件精密、便于自动化和减少环境污染等进入铸造界。
This article describes the theory and method of magnetic casting process. The main features of this theory and method are: (1) low-density gasification mold; (2) high-permeability refractory coating film; (3) reasonable casting system and pouring technique. This theory and method, after a small batch of trial production. The experiment shows that the economic density achieved by the gasification mode of domestic raw materials is about 0.02 g / cm ~ 3. The main components of high-permeability fire-resistant coating is zircon sand and lignin, fire-resistant coating film thickness generally not more than 2 mm. The experiment also established the main process equipment of magnetic casting method - the design method of magnetic machine. The new method is characterized by using “binderless sand”, with the casting precision, automation and reduce environmental pollution into the casting industry.
