房建工程是当前我国基础建设当中的重要一环,关乎民众生活的质量,亦关乎国家的可持续发展。而管理工作与风险管控则是关乎房建工程整体质量以及相关企业切身利益的重要工作环节。因此后续的分析将以我国房建工程施工管理及风险管控作为主题,促进工程相关工作改革进程的推进。
Housing construction project is currently an important part of infrastructure in our country, relating to the quality of public life, but also related to the sustainable development of the country. The management work and risk control are the important work processes related to the overall quality of the construction projects and the vital interests of the relevant enterprises. Therefore, the follow-up analysis will be based on the construction management and risk management of China’s housing construction project to promote the process of project-related work reform.
