交替硬化,又叫“互凝”,是熔模铸造的一项新工艺。为什么要研究试验这项新工艺呢? 大家知道,在我们熔模铸造的制壳过程中,硬化、干燥这些工序需要占用较长的时间。为了缩短硬化、干燥时间,我们想了很多办法,例如在硬化剂(NH_4Cl溶液)中添加表面活性剂,就是简单易行而又行之有效的办法。为了进一步提高制壳的生产效率,能不能干脆把硬化、干燥这样一些工序取消掉呢?譬如说,我们能否用甲、乙两种性质相反(一种显酸性,一种显碱性)的粘结剂配成二种涂料,其中乙种粘结剂自身是粘结剂又能硬化甲种涂料,而同样甲种粘结剂自身是粘结剂又能硬化乙种涂料。如果我们轮流交替地涂
