当前,军队医院不仅需要负担预防及救治军人生命、保障军人健康的重要任务,更需要面对不断扩展的多种卫勤保障任务,并在此基础上依靠自身现有力量进行有偿的对外医疗服务以保证自身的可持续发展,财经活动的空间与范围更加广泛,所面临的挑战也越来越严峻。本文通过对军队医院财务内部控制作用的分析,指出当今现存的主要问题,并据此提出针对性的解决措施。
At present, the military hospitals not only have to shoulder the important tasks of preventing and treating the lives of military personnel and ensuring the health of military personnel, but also face the ever-expanding task of providing various kinds of medical support and, based on this, rely on their own existing strengths for paid external medical services In order to ensure their own sustainable development, the space and scope of financial activities are more extensive and the challenges are more and more serious. In this paper, through analyzing the internal control of financial affairs in the military hospital, this paper points out the main problems that exist today and proposes pertinent solutions accordingly.
