氮基气氛热处理不仅能满足光洁淬火、渗碳、复碳等技术要求,还有节能、不污染环境和安全可靠等优点。目前应用较多的是:(1)工业纯氮加入少量(2~5%)氢气:(2)工业纯氮加入少量(1~5%)甲烷或丙烷:(3)60%氮加40%甲醇。我们认为采用丙烷作氮基气氛的富化气(富碳气)较为理想。实践证明光洁淬火时只需2~3%的丙烷气(即石油液化气),复碳时也只需加入4~5%的丙烷气,5%时碳势可达1.2%,而且工业氮加丙烷(1~5%)可实现碳势连续可调。
The nitrogen-based atmosphere heat treatment not only meets the technical requirements of smooth quenching, carburizing and carbon recovery, but also has the advantages of energy saving, no environmental pollution, safety and reliability. We think of propane as a nitrogen-based atmosphere rich gas (carbon-rich gas) is more ideal. It has been proved that only 2-3% propane gas (ie liquefied petroleum gas) can be applied in smooth quenching. Only 4% to 5% of propane gas can be added during complex carbon recovery, and the carbon potential can reach 1.2% at 5%. Moreover, industrial nitrogen plus Propane (1 ~ 5%) can be continuously adjustable carbon potential.
