目的建立癌症患者相互交流平台,提供专业医护指导,以提高癌症患者治疗效果和生活质量。方法设置抗癌俱乐部活动基地,建立专业的志愿服务队伍,拟订详尽计划,开展讲座、咨询、联谊会等多种形式的活动,以提高患者参与积极性,培养自护能力。结果通过参加抗癌俱乐部活动,加深了医患之间的情感交流,促进了医患关系的和谐;患者感受到了群众的温暖,得到更贴切的医护指导,增强了战胜癌症的信心,提高了生活质量;通过俱乐部这种人性化服务,树立了医院良好的公众形象,提高了医院的社会影响,为推动医院发展起到积极作用。结论抗癌俱乐部的创建,既能提高患者自护能力,增强战胜癌症的信心,又能提高其生活质量;既能促进医患关系的和谐,提高医院的社会影响,又能为推动医院发展起到积极作用。
Objective To establish a platform for cancer patients to communicate with each other and provide professional medical guidance to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of cancer patients.
