目的：探讨如何提高老年患者上消化道出血的诊治水平，降低患者死亡率，提高抢救成功率。方法对57例老年上消化道出血患者的诊治及护理体会。结果114例中治愈71例，好转30例，手术治疗12例，死亡1例，自动出院1例。结论老年患者上消化道出血，出血量大，长时间，可怜的公差，死亡率高，根据特征及时实施有效的治疗和护理措施是降低发病率和死亡率的关键。“,”Objective To investigate how to improve the diagnosis and treatment of upper digestive tract hemor hage in elderly patients, reduce the mortality and improve the success rate of rescue.
