本文采用模糊数学的分析方法，对地面（水面）目标被光电侦察探测设备发现的概率进行综合评判，建立了模糊评判模型，并介绍了该模型的具体应用过程。
In this paper, fuzzy mathematics analysis method is used to evaluate the probability of ground (surface) targets detected by photoelectric reconnaissance and detection equipment. The fuzzy evaluation model is established and the application process of the model is introduced.
