高等职业教育是我国高等教育体系中不可忽视的组成部分,是高等职业教育大众化进展的推动者,有利于为社会培养出大量高素质与高技能、与时代相适应的复合型人才。由于高等职业学校学生在学习生活、思想道德建设与心理健康管理方面存在一定的特殊性与复杂性,而激励机制不失为一种较好的管理方法,在引导学生竖立积极向上的生活观、正确的学习观,培养和增强学生自信心,展现自我风采发挥着极为重要的作用。
