目的 新型暗袋取代传统黑纸暗袋应用于大骨节病X线摄影检查。方法 改用致密、耐用的软黑塑料 ,由标准模具热压成新型暗袋 ;与传统黑纸暗袋进行防光性能和工作质量对比测试 ;对病区 5 5名儿童分别用新型与黑纸暗袋同时获取双份X线照片实施对比分析。结果 新型暗袋较传统黑纸暗袋密封效果好 ,装卸片快 ,工作效率高 ;在X线摄影现场应用中 ,中心定位明确 ,位置摆放方便 ,提高了X线照片优质率。结论 新型暗袋是提高大骨节病X线摄影及诊断效果的有效方法 ,具有重要的实用价值
Purpose of the new dark bag to replace the traditional dark black bag used in Kashin-Beck disease X-ray examination. The method uses the dense and durable soft black plastic, which is hot pressed by the standard mold into a new type of dark bag. Compared with the traditional black paper dark bag, the light-proof performance and the quality of work are tested. Five children in the ward are respectively tested with new type and black paper Dark bag at the same time to obtain double X-ray comparison analysis. Results The new type of dark bag has better sealing effect than the traditional black paper dark bag, fast loading and unloading, and high working efficiency. In the application of X-ray photography, the center positioning is clear, the position is convenient to be placed, and the quality of X-ray is improved. Conclusion The new dark bag is an effective method to improve the X-ray photography and diagnosis of Kashin-Beck disease and has important practical value
