高职高专教育是国内教育系统中的重要组成部分,在市场急需复合型高素质人才的背景下,高职高专教育的重要性也更加凸显。而作为数学教师,应该从数学课堂的特殊性入手,不断提高自身素质与修养,通过参加培训活动或者是教育学习的方式,实现自身素养的提高,与当代教育发展要求相匹配。本文针对高职高专数学教师的培新策略进行分析。
Higher vocational education is an important component of the domestic education system. Under the background of the urgent need of complex high-quality talents in the market, the importance of higher vocational education is even more prominent. As a math teacher, we should start from the particularity of mathematics classroom, and constantly improve our own quality and accomplishment. By participating in training activities or education, we should improve our own literacy and meet the requirements of contemporary educational development. This article analyzes the training strategy of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges.
