通过4,6-二氨基间苯二酚(DADHP)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)和羧酸化单壁碳纳米管(SWNT-COOH,SWNT经强氧化酸处理获得)之间的络合反应,合成了用于PBO/SWNT聚合的复合物(DADHP-PTA-SWNT-COOH络合盐),并成功制备了一系列SWNT含量不同的PBO/SWNT复合材料。对SWNT-COOH、DADHP/PTA/SWNT-COOH络合盐和PBO/SWNT复合材料进行傅立叶红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征。结果表明:经过酸处理后,SWNT获得羧基,表面极性功能基团数量增加,在聚合物基体中的分散性提高,SWNT用量为2.5%时,分散效果最佳。
The complexation reaction between 4,6-diaminoresorcinol (DADHP), terephthalic acid (PTA) and carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT-COOH, SWNT obtained by strong oxidizing acid treatment) A series of PBO / SWNT composites with different content of SWNTs were synthesized successfully for the synthesis of PBO / SWNT complex (DADHP-PTA-SWNT-COOH complex salt). SWNT-COOH, DADHP / PTA / SWNT-COOH complex salts and PBO / SWNT composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that after acid treatment, the carboxyl groups of SWNTs were obtained. The number of functional groups on the surface increased and the dispersibility in the polymer matrix increased. When the amount of SWNT was 2.5%, the dispersion effect was the best.
