为了解噪声对心血管系统的影响情况,以青岛经济技术开发区部分“三资”企业接触中等强度(88~100dBA)稳态噪声的作业工人进行健康检查。结果发现,噪声对作业工人的心血管系统有一定的损害,与对照组比较,高血压患病率增高(无显著性差异),心电图异常率增高(有显著性差异)。这与噪声作用交感神经,使血管紧张度增加,致血管痉挛有关。因此,建议把心电图监测列为噪声作业体检常规项目之一,并长期进行动态观察。
To understand the impact of noise on the cardiovascular system, health workers were interviewed by some “three-capital” enterprises in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone who were exposed to medium-intensity (88-100 dBA) steady-state noise. The results showed that noise had some damage to the cardiovascular system of working workers. Compared with the control group, the prevalence of hypertension increased (no significant difference) and the abnormal rate of ECG increased (significant difference). This is the role of noise and sympathetic, increased vascular tone, resulting in vascular spasm related. Therefore, it is suggested that ECG monitoring be listed as one of the routine items of noise operation medical examination, and long-term dynamic observation.
