各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 根据《国务院批转国家质量技术监督局质量技术监督管理体制改革方案的通知》(国发[1999]8号)和《中共贵州省委、贵州省人民政府关于贵州省质量技术监督管理体制改革的实施意见》(省发[1999]16号)精神,我省已实行省以下质量技术监督系统垂直管理。为解决好垂直管理后质量监督系统地、县职工住房公积金管理的问题,便于地、县质量技术监督系统职工就地购房、换房、上市交易,根据国务院《住房公积金管理条例》和住房资金管理的属地原则,省人民政府决定,地县质量技术监督系统职工住房公积金仍实行属地分级管理,所需经费由同级财政解决。
