本课题以工程实践中应用比较广泛的PROFIBUS-DP现场总线通讯机制和使用TCP/IP协议的工业以太网通讯机制作为研究对象,对两种通讯机制的稳定性和速度进行了测试比较。在课题的研究过程中,开发了一套测试软件;该软件可以分别在两种通讯机制下进行测试,然后进行数值分析。通过对数据的比较分析,发现采用西门子公司的PROFIBUS-DP通讯机制比采用以太网卡的通讯机制速度要快;在我们的测试平台下,PROFIBUS-DP在通讯速率较低时,其稳定性不如以太网好,但随着PROFIBUS-DP通讯速率的提高,其稳定性会随之增强。我们将这一比较结果成功应用于济南市烟草公司配送中心项目。
This project takes the PROFIBUS-DP field bus communication mechanism which is widely used in engineering practice and the industrial Ethernet communication mechanism which uses TCP / IP protocol as the research object, and tests and compares the stability and speed of the two communication mechanisms. In the study of the subject, a set of testing software was developed; the software can be tested separately under two communication mechanisms and then analyzed by numerical analysis. Through the comparative analysis of the data, it is found that the PROFIBUS-DP communication mechanism by Siemens is faster than the communication mechanism by Ethernet card. Under our test platform, PROFIBUS-DP is not as stable as Ethernet when the communication rate is low Network good, but with the PROFIBUS-DP communication speed increases, its stability will be enhanced. We have successfully applied this comparison result to Jinan tobacco company distribution center project.
