采用高能球磨技术获得Cu/SiC不同配比的混合粉末,通过正交试验研究了高能球磨过程中球磨时间、球料比以及球磨机转速对粉末粒径的影响。通过EDS能谱分析了粉末的包覆效果。结果表明,球磨时间对粉末粒径的影响大于球磨机转速,球料比对粉末粒径的影响最小。其中,球磨时间越长,对粉末细化作用越明显;球磨机转速越大,粉末粒径越小;随着球料比的减小,粉末粒径呈先减小后增大的趋势。当球磨时间为20h,球料比为20∶1,转速为300r/min时,球磨出的粉末粒径最小,且球磨粉末出现明显包覆效果。
The mixed powder with different Cu / SiC ratio was obtained by high energy ball milling. The effects of ball milling time, ball material ratio and ball mill rotating speed on the particle size were studied by orthogonal experiments. The effect of powder coating was analyzed by EDS EDS. The results show that the effect of ball milling time on the particle size is greater than that on the ball mill, and the effect of ball ratio on the particle size is the least.
