在权利时代和法制社会里,一个侵犯了学生合法权益的教学,既不是有效的教学,也不是成功的教学,甚至会是产生严重负面影响的教学。本文提出体育教学侵权概念,揭示当前存在体育教学中的一些常见的侵权现象,并且提出体育教学侵权要承担法律责任的三种主要方式。这对依法规范体育课堂教学,提高体育教育教学工作者对受体育教育者合法权益的认识,为学生增强体质、提高技能、培养兴趣和终身体育意识,保证学生身心的健康发展,具有重大现实意义。
In the era of rights and the rule of law, a teaching that violates the legitimate rights and interests of students is neither effective teaching nor successful teaching, and even teaching with serious negative impacts. This paper puts forward the concept of infringement in PE teaching, reveals some common infringements existing in PE teaching and puts forward three main ways that PE teaching should bear the legal responsibility. It is of great realistic significance to standardize the teaching of physical education classrooms, to raise the awareness of physical education teaching workers on the legitimate rights and interests of physical education educators, to enhance students’ physical fitness, improve their skills, cultivate their interest and lifelong physical education awareness, and ensure their physical and mental health. .
