为研发高效、低阻的舒适性空调用复合过滤材料,参照国际和国家相关标准,建立了空气过滤材料性能测试系统,对丙纶熔喷、针刺非织造过滤材料的过滤性能进行了测试和分析。对优选出的丙纶针刺过滤材料进行驻极处理后,分别采取静电纺覆膜和针刺覆膜两种方法制备了复合功能空气过滤材料。研究表明:与静电纺覆膜复合过滤材料相比,针刺覆膜复合过滤材料具有过滤效率高、过滤阻力低和容尘量高等特点,能满足舒适性空调系统对环境空气中微细颗粒物的过滤要求。
In order to develop high efficiency and low resistance comfort composite filter materials for air conditioners, with reference to international and national standards, the air filtration material performance testing system was established to test and analyze the filtration performance of polypropylene meltblown and needle punched nonwoven filter materials .
