我们运用中西医结合方法治疗淋病,取得了较满意的效果。现报道如下。临床资料:患者2例,均为男性,年龄为44～52岁。主诉为尿痛、尿急及灼热感约5～12天。一例患者有不洁性交史,另一例否认有不洁性交史。检查:2例患者均有尿道口明显充血水肿,挤压尿道口有淡黄色粘液。实验室检查:尿道分泌物涂片均找到淋病双球菌。衣原体及支原体检查均阴性。治疗方法及结果:1.治疗方法:西药:头孢三嗪针1g,一次深部肌注。中药:土茯苓30g,黄柏、苦参各10g,萆藓20g,生大
We use the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of gonorrhea, and achieved more satisfactory results. Report as follows now. Clinical data: 2 patients, both men, aged 44 to 52 years old. Chief complaint of dysuria, urgency and burning sensation about 5 to 12 days. One patient had a history of unclean sexual intercourse and the other denied a history of unclean sexual intercourse. Check: 2 patients had obvious congestion and edema urethra, urethral extrusion squeeze light yellow mucus. Laboratory tests: urethral smears are found in gonorrhea.
