国内第一个亿吨级大型煤炭生产基地——神华神东煤炭集团(以下简称神东),通过对保德煤矿煤层赋存及地质条件分析,经过对国内放顶煤开采设备与技术的充分调研、论证,与厂家合作设计生产了符合神东矿区资源赋存条件,适应神东矿区高产高效集约化开采模式特点的“大采高、大阻力、两柱式低位放顶煤电液控制液压支架”及其配套设备,完成了两柱式支架放顶煤开采技术和装备配套技术研究,并在神东矿区保德煤矿88300-1采面进行了成功应用,大幅度提高了生产效率和资源回收率,实现了神东矿区首个两柱式液压支架放顶煤工作面的安全高效回采,为神东矿区在中硬煤层实现放顶煤开采提供了可借鉴经验。
