近年来,广西民族体育文化产业呈现蓬勃发展的良好势头,但民族体育文化产业人才严重短缺却成了制约民族体育文化产业快速发展的核心因素,主要表现为民族民间体育文化传人及其技艺处于生存困境,从业人员整体素质不高,高素质的创造型、复合型人才尤为短缺。要突破文化产业人才瓶颈,把文化产业人才队伍做大做强,必须树立“人才是第一资源”的观念,利用高校教育优势开展高层次文化产业专门人才的教育、培训和资助,建立和完善人才引进、使用和激励机制。
