本院内科急诊室最近两年(82.3～84.3)留观病人1468例,其中以消化道疾病773例为第一位,其次为呼吸道疾病317例,再次为心血管疾病124例。其他,如内分泌、肾疾患、结缔组织病、血液病、未确诊的病共328例。消化道疾病占病例总数的53％,足见其在急诊病中有很重要的地位,应予特别的重视。一般资料
