雷藤氯内酯醇(T_4)系从雷公藤中分离出来的具雄性抗生育作用的单体。棉酚为我国首创男用节育药,但存在少数服药者出现低血钾及停药后精子产生不可恢复现象,影响推广使用。本研究对T_4和棉酚的雄性抗生育作用及毒性进行比较,结果表明T_4作用环节较理想,主要作用在附睾精子,引起精子头尾大量分离,对睾丸曲细精管影响较小。因此在停药后能迅速恢复生育能力,而棉酚主要作用于曲精细管精母细胞阶段,所以恢复生育较慢,动物增重受阻,毒性较T_4显著。因此对T_4深入研究,可望发展成男用节育药。
Lei rattan lactone alcohol (T_4) is isolated from Tripterygium with male anti-fertility of the monomer. Gossypol is the first male birth control medicine in our country, but there is a small number of medication hypoglycemia and withdrawal of sperm can not be restored, affecting the promotion and use. In this study, the male antifertility and toxicity of T_4 and gossypol were compared. The results showed that the effect of T_4 was more ideal, mainly in the spermatozoa of the epididymis, causing a large number of sperm to separate in the head and tail, but had little effect on testicular seminiferous tubules. Therefore, after the withdrawal can quickly restore fertility, and gossypol mainly in the seminiferous tubule spermatocyte stage, so restore fertility is slow, obstruction of animal weight gain, toxicity than T_4 significant. Therefore, in-depth study of T_4, is expected to develop into male birth control pills.
