以小麦赤霉酸反应不敏感的Rht3矮秆基因两个近等基因系及其分离群体为材料 ,分析了Rht3、Gai3与α 淀粉酶表达的相互关系。结果表明 ,Rht3、Gai3能强烈地抑制萌发籽粒α 淀粉酶的表达 ,降低α 淀粉酶活性水平。高矮亲本间α 淀粉酶活性差异明显 ,矮扬 3、矮苏 3和扬麦 3号、苏麦 3号的α 淀粉酶OD值分别为 0 0 71 ,0 0 80和 0 6 35 ,0 72 0。经 χ2 测验 ,两群体中α 淀粉酶活性高、中、低的分离比率符合 1∶2∶1的理论比。株高与α 淀粉酶活性间的相关系数分别为 0 791 5和 0 6 888达极显著水平。赤霉酸反应与α 淀粉酶活性的相关系数更高 ,分别为 0 85 40和 0 735 3。对几株Rht3与Gai3重组类型植株的α 淀粉酶活性分析表明 ,Rht3对α 淀粉酶活性的影响更大
The relationship between Rht3, Gai3 and α-amylase expression was analyzed using two near-isogenic lines and their segregating populations of Rht3 dwarfing genes insensitive to gibberellic acid. The results showed that Rht3 and Gai3 could strongly inhibit the expression of α-amylase and decrease the activity of α-amylase. The difference of α-amylase activity between high and low parents was significant. The OD values of α-amylase in short Yang 3, Dansu 3, Yangmai 3 and Sumai 3 were 0 0 71, 0 0 80 and 0 6 35, 0 72 0 . The χ2 test, the two groups of high amylase activity, the ratio of low to medium in line with the theoretical ratio of 1: 2: 1. The correlation coefficients between plant height and α-amylase activity were 0 791 5 and 0 6 888, respectively. The correlation coefficient between gibberellic acid and α-amylase activity was higher, which were 0 85 40 and 0 735 3, respectively. Analysis of the alpha-amylase activity of several strains of Rht3 and Gai3 recombinants revealed that Rht3 had a greater effect on alpha-amylase activity
