细长轴是典型的低刚度零件,在生产生活中有着广泛的应用,由于其刚性较差被认为是机械加工中的难题。专家学者和技术人员都在这方面进行了相关研究,新工艺、新技术层出不穷,而至今还没有一种方法可以高效地加工出质量优异的细长轴。文章对细长轴加工力学模型的进行了分析,并设计了一种以切削液为介质的射流作为细长轴车削的柔性辅助支撑新的加工方法。最后,通过实验验证了射流支撑细长轴加工误差补偿方法的有效性和可行性。
Slender shaft is a typical low-rigidity parts, has a wide range of applications in production life, because of its poor rigidity is considered a mechanical processing problems. Experts, scholars and technicians have carried out relevant research in this respect. New techniques and new technologies are emerging. However, there is no method to efficiently process the slender shafts with high quality. In this paper, the mechanics model of slender shaft machining is analyzed, and a new machining method of flexible auxiliary support with a cutting fluid as a medium is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the error compensation method for jet-supported slender shaft are verified by experiments.
