1994年8月以来,我院采用中西医结合方法治疗毒蛇咬伤8例,均治愈,小结如下.1 临床资料 8例蛇伤病人中,男性7例,女性1例.均为农民.年龄:最大60岁,最小21岁,咬伤季节均为夏秋季.五步蛇伤3例;烙铁头伤2例,眼镜蛇伤2例,竹叶青蛇伤1例.伤后就诊时间:最早1h,最晚6h.咬伤手(掌指)4例,足(足趾)4例.轻型1例,重型5例,危型2例.中医辨证属:火毒型6例,风毒型2例.2 治疗方法①均给季德胜蛇药片内服.②风毒型:以清热解毒,熄风定惊为主,用半边莲50g、野菊花30g、白芷20g、蝉衣、僵蚕、蜈蚣、全蝎,水煎服,每次150ml,1日4次;火毒型:以清热解毒,
