目的探讨乳腺癌钼靶片微钙化与ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达及临床病理关系,评价微钙化表现预测ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达的可行性。方法应用免疫组化法,对72例钼靶片表现微钙化乳腺癌组织进行ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2检测,并与各种不同钙化类型进行比较分析。结果ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2阳性表达率分别为62.5%、62.5%、61.1%和69.4%,钙化数目<20组的ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2阳性表达率高于钙化数目>20组,PR表达差异有显著性,钙化数目与淋巴结转移无关。钙化类型与ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达及淋巴结转移率不相关。结论钼靶X线微钙化表现是诊断乳腺癌的重要依据,但是通过微钙化表现预测ER、PR、p53、C-erbB-2表达尚有待研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of ER, PR, p53, C-erbB-2 and the clinicopathological features of breast cancer molybdenum target micromelts and to evaluate the feasibility of predicting the expression of ER, PR, p53 and C-erbB-2. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER, PR, p53 and C-erbB-2 in 72 cases of mammography and compared with various types of calcifications. Results The positive rates of ER, PR, p53 and C-erbB-2 were 62.5%, 62.5%, 61.1% and 69.4%, respectively. The positive rates of ER, PR, p53 and C-erbB- There were significant differences in the expression of PR between the groups of> 20 calcifications, the number of calcifications was not related to lymph node metastasis. The type of calcification was not correlated with the expression of ER, PR, p53, C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Molybdenum target X-ray microcalcification is an important basis for the diagnosis of breast cancer. However, the prediction of ER, PR, p53, C-erbB-2 expression by microcalcification remains to be studied.
