建国三十多年来,国家花了巨大的投资,动用了数以千万计的劳动力,在全国各地兴修了大量的农田水利设施,为抗御水旱灾害,促进农业稳产高产,发挥了重要作用。最近,我们走访了江苏、浙江两省十几个区、乡水利管理机构。通过实地调查了解,深感到区、乡水利管理站的建设应该加强,以充分发挥基层水利管理人员的作用,确保水利设施的全面管理和合理运用。这是关系到全国各地的
Over the past 30 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the state has spent a huge amount of investment and has used tens of millions of labor force to revive a large number of farmland water conservancy facilities across the country. It has played an important role in fighting floods and droughts and in promoting stable and high-yield agriculture. . Recently, we visited over a dozen districts and township water management agencies in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. Through field investigation and understanding, I deeply felt that the construction of district and township water conservancy administration stations should be strengthened to give full play to the role of grassroots water conservancy managers to ensure the overall management and rational utilization of water conservancy facilities. This is related to all parts of the country
