福建省厦门市中医院临床观察证实,民间治创伤草药紫珠草,是一种疗效相当迅速可靠的止血药。该院用紫珠草粉和紫珠草叶水煎代茶治7例肝硬化食道静脉曲张破裂出血,获得极良好的效果。7例中除1例服药后第二日早晨停止呕血外,其他6例服药后呕血立即停止,便血一般在服2—4次后可停止。其他如血压、脉搏、血色素、红血球等,服药后也都迅速好转。用紫珠草治胃溃疡并发出血10例,服药1—2次即见止血效力;用紫珠草内服兼外用治鼻衂42例,
The clinical observation of the Chinese Hospital of Xiamen City, Fujian Province, confirmed that the folk medicine for traumatic herbs, Ceratopsis quinquefolius, is a hemostatic drug with a very rapid and reliable curative effect. In this hospital, 7 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding were treated with purple marguerite powder and purple grass leaf tea decoction to obtain very good results. In 7 cases except 1 case of vomiting blood stopped on the morning of the second day after taking the medicine, the other 6 cases stopped vomiting immediately after taking the medicine, and the blood in the stool was generally stopped after serving 2-4 times. Others such as blood pressure, pulse, hemoglobin, red blood cells, etc., also quickly improved after taking the medicine. Treated gastric ulcer with purple marguerite and sent out blood in 10 cases, taking 1-2 times of medication to see the efficacy of hemostasis; 42 cases of treating nasal mucus with internal use of curcuma and external use.
