目的建立粮食中镍、锰、铁、锌、铜、钾、钠、钙和镁的原子吸收光谱法,了解2014年-2015年广州市市售粮食中该9种金属元素的含量状况。方法粮食样品经湿法消解,运用原子吸收光谱法的Fs序列快速序列分析技术检测样液中的9种金属含量。结果各元素相关系数为0.999 0~1.000 0,平均回收率为86.6%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.34%~0.98%,方法的检出限为0.020 mg/kg~1.500 mg/kg。4种粮食中均含有大量矿物元素,其中小米中所测9种元素普遍高于大米、粘米粉,玉米制品中所测元素含量略低。结论该法操作简便,具有良好的灵敏度和重现性,结果可靠,适用于粮食中多种金属元素的检测。
Objective To establish the atomic absorption spectrometry of nickel, manganese, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in foodstuffs and find out the content of 9 kinds of metal elements in the grain for sale in Guangzhou from 2014 to 2015. Methods The samples of food were digested by wet method and the contents of nine metals in the sample solution were detected by Fs sequence rapid analysis with atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The correlation coefficient of each element was 0.999 0-1.000 0, the average recovery was 86.6% -99.6%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.34% -0.98%. The detection limit was 0.020 mg / kg-1.500 mg / kg. The four kinds of food contain a large number of mineral elements, of which nine elements measured in millet are generally higher than rice, gluten rice, corn products, the measured element content is slightly lower. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate with good sensitivity and reproducibility and reliable results. It is suitable for the detection of many kinds of metal elements in food.
