患者江××,男,18岁,农民。主诉全身高度水肿伴恶心呕吐和阵发性腹痛,于1980年5月2日急诊入院。自1979年10月,患者曾因面部浮肿伴腰酸腰痛,同时有尿频尿急和尿少,在当地医院检查发现尿蛋白(+++),红血球(+++),白血球(++),粒状管型(++),诊断为急性肾小球肾炎,住院治疗20余天,症状消退。出院后照常劳动和生活。同年12月间,因一度劳累过度,顿感腰酸腰痛,卧床休息1天,仍未好
