单片扩散反应器是一种可以在反应条件下同时测量物料传递系数和反应动力学参数的新实验手段,可以在一个简单的实验中得到较多的动力学行为的信息,且对操作条件的要求比较宽容。本文介绍了此种反应器的实验方法和条件,并应用于异丙苯在HM(氢型丝光沸石)催化剂上裂解反应的研究。结果表明,反应在实验条件下为一级反应。实验数据还表明对HM沸石的改性不仅改变了催化剂的表面活性,同时也改变了催化剂的扩散性能。还以异丙苯裂解反应为例研究了传递和反应对整个反应的控制作用及催化剂失活机理。
