目的 探讨单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(HSE) 患者脑脊液(CSF) 和血清β2 微球蛋白(β2MG) 的含量变化及其与CSF 细胞数质量间的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法检测15 例HSE患者和16 例正常人β2MG含量,并进行CSF细胞学检查;对10 例HSE患者CSF进行动态观察。结果 ①HSE组CSFβ2MG 含量明显高于自身血清和CSF对照组,HSE组血清β2MG 含量与对照组无显著性差异。②HSE组CSF白细胞计数和激活淋巴细胞比例均高于对照组。③CSFVβ2MG 含量随患者病情好转、白细胞计数和激活淋巴细胞比例的下降而降低。结论 HSE 患者β2MG 含量的升高,主要是由激活淋巴细胞产生的。
Objective To investigate the changes of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and β2 microglobulin (β2MG) in patients with herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE) and its relationship with the number of CSF cells. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the content of β2MG in 15 cases of HSE and 16 cases of normal people. CSF cytology was performed. The CSF of 10 HSE patients was observed dynamically. Results ① HSE group CSFβ2 MG content was significantly higher than the serum and CSF control group, serum HSE group β2 MG content and the control group no significant difference. ② HSE group CSF white blood cell count and activated lymphocyte ratio were higher than the control group. ③ CSFVβ2 MG content with the patient’s condition improved, the white blood cell count and activated lymphocyte ratio decreased. Conclusions The increase of β2MG in HSE patients is mainly caused by activated lymphocytes.
