农村教育城镇化是我国作为一个发展中国家现代化教育发展过程中的必然趋势和发展方向,也是解决当前城乡教育不公平的重要方法途径。基于农村教育城镇化进程中来自学生转变和教育环境转变的教育挑战,引起了对农村教师的角色及其走向和培养的思考。为应对农村教育城镇化进程中的挑战,农村教师的培养应加强教师心理辅导能力、能适应农村教育文化要求及能适应现代教育理念的教师素质、农村教师对乡土课程的开发和强化农村教师对现代教育教学技能的运用能力等方面。
The urbanization of rural education is an inevitable trend and direction of development of our country as a developing country in the process of modernization education. It is also an important way to solve the current unfair education in urban and rural areas. Based on the education challenge from the change of students and the change of educational environment in the process of urbanization of rural education, the role of rural teachers and their thinking and development are brought forward. In order to meet the challenges in the process of urbanization of rural education, the training of rural teachers should strengthen teachers ’ability of psychological counseling, teachers’ qualities that can meet the requirements of rural education and culture and adapt to the concept of modern education, rural teachers ’development of native courses and strengthening of rural teachers’ Modern education and teaching skills, ability to use and so on.
