公务员培训是公务员管理制度的重要组成部分,是提高公务员队伍素质的重要途径,也是打造政府核心竞争力的重要手段。我们应当从国家发展战略的高度认识国家公务员培训的深远意义。本文从分析公务员培训中存在的问题,借鉴国外公务员培训的经验,提出进一步完善中国公务员培训的建议和措施。
Civil servant training is an important part of civil servant management system, an important way to improve the quality of civil servants, and an important means to build the core competitiveness of the government. We should understand the far-reaching significance of the training of state civil servants from the perspective of the national development strategy. This article analyzes the problems existing in the training of civil servants, draws on the experience of foreign civil servants training, puts forward suggestions and measures to further improve the training of civil servants in China.
