医学相关类专业的“校企合作”模式实为“校院合作”。随着高等职业教育工学结合模式的不断推进,医学相关专业的学生只有具备了医学类行业岗位的职业素养、掌握职业技能,才能适应严峻的就业环境。那么如何在工学结合模式下做好医学相关类专业的学生管理工作,本文总结三峡职业技术学院医学院学生管理的做法,提出几点思考。
Medical-related majors “school-enterprise cooperation ” model is “school cooperation ”. With the continuous advancement of the combination of engineering and learning in higher vocational education, only the students with medical-related majors should possess the professional qualifications of occupational positions in the medical field and master the vocational skills before they can adapt to the severe employment environment. So how to do the management of medical related majors under the mode of combination of work and study, this article summarizes the practice of student management at Medical College of Sanxia Polytechnic and puts forward some thoughts.
