[目的 /意义]创新驱动发展战略呼唤企业技术创新。工科院校要培养和产出与市场、企业接轨的实用性人才和可以产业化的科技成果,需要技术标准信息。[方法 /过程]通过走访、打电话、访问网页和检索数据库等方式,对当前技术标准信息服务研究现状和国内外工科院校图书馆技术标准信息服务进行比较分析。[结果/结论]工科院校图书馆在数据资源建设、提供服务渠道、传递服务方式、服务团队配备与人才培养建设等方面有待进一步加强。
[Purpose / Significance] Innovation Drives Development Strategy Calls for Enterprise Technology Innovation. Technical colleges and universities to train and produce with the market, business practical talents and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, the need for technical standard information. [Methods / Processes] By means of visiting, calling, accessing web pages and searching databases, the status quo of current technical standards information service research and the comparative analysis of library technical standards information service in engineering colleges at home and abroad are analyzed. [Result / Conclusion] The libraries of engineering colleges and universities need to be further strengthened in terms of data resources construction, service channels, service delivery, service team and personnel training.
