以3种微囊藻毒素Microcystin-RR(MC-RR)、Microcystin-YR(MC-YR)和Microcystin-LR(MC-LR)为研究对象,对前处理及高效液相色谱分析测定方法进行优化,使3种目标物均可检测.进一步对天然水体样本的采集与储存条件进行探讨.研究结果显示,聚乙烯塑料瓶和棕色玻璃瓶对于样品保存不存在明显差异;-20℃条件下保存45 d内样品变化不存在明显差异,可作为样品储存条件.
Three pretreatment and HPLC methods were optimized for the three microcystins Microcystin-RR (MC-RR), Microcystin-YR (MC-YR) and Microcystin-LR (MC-LR) , So that all three kinds of targets can be detected.Furthermore, the collection and storage conditions of natural water samples are discussed.The results show that polyethylene plastic bottles and brown glass bottles for the sample preservation there is no significant difference; -20 ℃ conditions 45 There is no significant difference between the sample changes in d, can be used as sample storage conditions.
